# DunningEndAction

A model the API reference uses in a request or a response. The operation pages link every field typed as this model here.

Defines what happens when all reminder/dunning attempts are exhausted on a past-due invoice.

## Values

| Value | Description |
| --- | --- |
| `None` | No automatic action taken. |
| `MarkUncollectible` | Transition the invoice to Uncollectible. |
| `Close` | Transition the invoice to Closed. |
