# HppPresentationMode

A model the API reference uses in a request or a response. The operation pages link every field typed as this model here.

How the public hosted payment page presents itself for a session: as a standalone page the
cardholder navigates to, or as a chrome-less surface mounted inside a merchant-site iframe.
This governs page chrome only (outer surface background, full-viewport height, page padding).
It never changes the session flow, the fields collected, or any compliance content: consent
capture, the NACHA WEB authorization, the convenience-fee disclosure, and the confirmation
panel render identically in both modes.

## Values

| Value | Description |
| --- | --- |
| `Standalone` | The default, historical behavior: a full standalone page with the surface background, full-viewport minimum height, and the standard outer page padding. null (legacy sessions) resolves here. |
| `Embedded` | A chrome-less compact presentation for mounting inside a merchant-site iframe: no standalone page surface or full-viewport height, tight paddings, and narrow-width behavior that stays readable down to a 320 px viewport without horizontal scrolling. |
