# NotificationChannelCreateDto

DTO for creating a new notification channel.

## Fields
- `name` (string) required: Channel name. (min length 1, max length 256)
- `description` (string): Optional description. (nullable, min length 0, max length 1024)
- `destinationId` (string(uuid)) required: The destination this channel routes through.
- `messageTemplate` (string): Optional message body template. (nullable, min length 0, max length 16384)
- `subjectTemplate` (string): Optional subject line template (for email destinations). (nullable, min length 0, max length 512)
- `isEnabled` (boolean): Whether the channel is enabled.
