# UnknownBinPosture

What a `CardAcceptancePolicy` does with a card whose BIN cannot be resolved.

## Values

| Value | Description |
| --- | --- |
| `Accept` | Take the card anyway. The default, and what the platform did before this policy existed: a BIN miss is a gap in reference data, not a signal about the card. |
| `Decline` | Refuse the card. For a merchant whose restrictions matter more than the sale, so a card the platform cannot classify is not silently let through. |
