# WebhookSecretRotationStateDto

## Fields
- `isRotating` (boolean): Whether an overlap is open, so deliveries carry two signature values.
- `rotationStartedUtc` (string(date-time)): When the overlap began, UTC. Null when no rotation is in progress. (nullable)
