`CedpQualificationLevel`

The enhanced-data qualification level a settlement actually attempted on the wire.

Values

Values: Values combine: send one or more member names separated by a comma and a space, or the integer sum of their values. Responses carry the names.

`None`	No enhanced-data addendum was attempted; the row settles at Level 1.
`Level2`	A Level 2 addendum was attempted (tax, tax-exempt flag, purchase order).
`Level3`	A Level 3 addendum was attempted (Level 2 header plus itemized line detail).
