`CustomChargeType`

Defines the recurrence of a custom (non-SKU) charge on a price plan.

Values

Values: Values combine: send one or more member names separated by a comma and a space, or the integer sum of their values. Responses carry the names.

`OneTime`	Charged once only (first billing run after assignment).
`Monthly`	Charged every monthly billing period.
`Quarterly`	Charged every quarterly billing period.
`Annual`	Charged every annual billing period.
