Values

Values: Values combine: send one or more member names separated by a comma and a space, or the integer sum of their values. Responses carry the names.

`Pending`	Issued, not yet redeemed, and not yet past its expiry.
`Redeemed`	Redeemed. The developer account it created exists.
`Expired`	Past its expiry without having been redeemed.
`Revoked`	Withdrawn by an operator before it was redeemed.
