`IssuerCountryMode`

How a `CardAcceptancePolicy` judges the card's issuer country.

Values

Values: Values combine: send one or more member names separated by a comma and a space, or the integer sum of their values. Responses carry the names.

`Any`	Issuer country is not considered. The default.
`DomesticOnly`	Only cards issued in the merchant's own country are accepted.
`AllowList`	Only cards issued in one of the listed countries are accepted.
`DenyList`	Cards issued in one of the listed countries are refused; all others are accepted.
