Status of a merchant billing run execution.

Values

Values: Values combine: send one or more member names separated by a comma and a space, or the integer sum of their values. Responses carry the names.

`Pending`	Billing run created but not yet started.
`Running`	Billing run is currently processing merchants.
`Completed`	All merchants processed successfully.
`PartiallyCompleted`	Some merchants processed successfully, others failed.
`Failed`	All merchants failed or the run itself failed.
`Cancelled`	Billing run was manually cancelled.
