`NotificationsFilterOperator`

Comparison operators available for filter conditions. Each operator is validated against the field type's allowed operators defined in `FilterFieldDefinition`.

Values

Values: Values combine: send one or more member names separated by a comma and a space, or the integer sum of their values. Responses carry the names.

`Eq`	Exact equality comparison.
`Ne`	Not equal comparison.
`Gt`	Greater than (numeric/datetime fields only).
`Gte`	Greater than or equal (numeric/datetime fields only).
`Lt`	Less than (numeric/datetime fields only).
`Lte`	Less than or equal (numeric/datetime fields only).
`Contains`	Substring containment (string fields only).
`StartsWith`	Prefix match (string fields only).
`In`	Value is one of a set (any field type).
