A reference to a payment type as an explicit `{id, name, displayName}` triple. This is the
platform's standard representation convention for entity references on the processor discovery
surface (closed-set dropdown options use the parallel `ProcessorFieldOptionDto`
`{value, label}` shape). `id` and `name` are the contract;
`displayName` is presentation only.
