`SbomBuildDto`

Summary record for a single archived SBOM build. A build corresponds to one CI pipeline run that produced CycloneDX documents for each deployable component (for example the web application or a background worker).

UTC timestamp recorded by the CI pipeline when the build was produced.

Number of CycloneDX component documents archived for this build.
