`SettleFlag`

Represents the settlement status of a transaction.

Values

Values: Values combine: send one or more member names separated by a comma and a space, or the integer sum of their values. Responses carry the names.

`Open`	The transaction is open and not yet settled.
`Settled`	The transaction has been successfully settled.
`RolledBack`	The transaction has been rolled back or reversed.
`InProgress`	The transaction is currently in the process of being settled.
`Hold`	The transaction is on hold and cannot be settled at the moment.
