Visa/Mastercard "special condition" tag for transactions that need network-specific handling beyond standard purchase semantics. Maps to TSYS `SpecialConditionIndicator` (and the equivalent indicators on other processor networks).

Quasi-cash purchase: a transaction that resembles cash equivalent (money orders, foreign currency, traveler's cheques, gaming chips, casino vouchers, etc.). Triggers TSYS SpecialConditionIndicator=8 and requires a populated CardholderId on the network request. |
QuasiMoto |
Quasi-MOTO: a card-present capture that the merchant is required to process under MOTO routing rules (e.g. cert scenarios, specific Visa product types). Distinct from QuasiCash: the merchant remains in retail context but presence flags flip to MOTO for network routing. |
