`SurchargeConfigurationStatus`

Lifecycle status of a merchant's surcharge configuration.

Values

Values: Values combine: send one or more member names separated by a comma and a space, or the integer sum of their values. Responses carry the names.

`NotConfigured`	No surcharging has been set up for the merchant.
`PendingNotice`	Configuration exists but the required card-brand notice has not been filed.
`WaitingPeriod`	Notice filed; the mandatory waiting period is still running.
`Active`	Surcharging is live.
`Disabled`	Surcharging was turned off after having been configured.
