Values

Values: Values combine: send one or more member names separated by a comma and a space, or the integer sum of their values. Responses carry the names.

`Passed`	The step ran and the thing it checks is good to go.
`Failed`	The step ran and the thing it checks is not usable as configured.
`Skipped`	The step did not run, because a gate is closed or an earlier step made it moot. The result says nothing about what it would have found.
`Warning`	The step passed, and the detail is worth reading before trusting the configuration.
